Dr Verena holds regular cooking workshops on various topics which will develop your skills in preparing and cooking nourishing, organic whole foods, and provide you with a greater understanding of the relationship between food, health, vitality and longevity.

You will learn the importance and preparation of:
Easy, quick, inexpensive, nutritious healthy meal options (made from local, organic vegetables, whole grains, spelt flour and gluten-free flours, protein rich legumes, seeds and nuts)
Food combining, preparation & cooking methods for improved digestion, nutrient absorption and assimilation
Medicinal and thermal properties of spices, herbs and whole foods
Diversifying your diet
Cost: $150.00, including organic, local ingredients and whole foods (yeast free, additive free, preservative free, and free from genetic modification), recipe booklet and handouts, lots of fun and laughter with hands on cooking, introduction into the health properties of whole foods, questions and answers with Dr Verena and prepare and share together.
