		<description>Another good healthy spread for sandwiches are Pestos. You can make them with any fresh herb such as basil, cilantro (coriander), parsley or even rocket. Add some olive oil, lemon juice, dry roasted pumpkin or sunflower seeds, a pinch of turmeric and kelp powder, celtic sea salt and blend it well with a hand mixer. Enjoy!</description>
